Accounts
How do I create an account?
Accounts are created from the game launcher. Once you've registered and chosen a username there, you can sign in on the account page with the same email and passcode.
I forgot my passcode. What now?
Use the "Lost Code?" link on the account page to start a reset. If you don't receive an email within a few minutes, check your spam folder, then contact us.
My username shows "Awaiting Registration"
That means you haven't set a username yet. Open the launcher, sign in, and choose one. It will appear on your account page the next time you sign in.
Games
When will Prototype be released?
Prototype is still in development and has no release date yet. We post progress on the home page and on Bluesky.
How do I report a bug?
Email us with what happened, what you expected, your platform, and any screenshots or log files. The more detail you include, the faster we can reproduce it.
Merch
When will the merch store open?
We're still setting it up. Check the merch page for what's planned, and follow us to hear about the first drop.
Something is wrong with my order
Email us with your order number and a short description of the problem. Include a photo if an item arrived damaged.
